If you're looking for a delightful stop in Bridlington, look no further than the Clock Tower Cafe. Nestled in the vibrant heart of the town, this charming cafe brings together a blend of warmth, friendliness, and a menu designed to satisfy. Whether you're in need of a cozy retreat after a day of exploring or simply looking for your next caffeine fix, Clock Tower Cafe delivers on all fronts.

Upon entering, you're greeted by the inviting aroma of fresh coffee and baked treats. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable, ideal for a casual catch-up with friends or a quiet moment to yourself. While the interior is somewhat simple in decor—light walls and airy space—the real charm comes from the bustling energy and the cheerful banter of customers enjoying their meals. There’s also an attractive outdoor seating area that’s perfect for enjoying sunny days—set amidst colorful flower arrangements that really bring the space to life.

The menu here succinctly showcases a selection of offerings that celebrate classic cafe fare with a twist. Coffee aficionados can delight in a variety of hot drinks, from a smooth White Americano (£3.50) to a rich, velvety Mocha. The Luxury Hot Chocolate is a must-try for those seeking a sweet indulgence, making every sip a comfort for the senses.

When it comes to food, customer favorites like the Coronation Chicken Baguette (£5.80) and generously filled Jacket Potatoes keep patrons coming back for more. One reviewer, Derek Evans, raved about the generous portions of the Coronation Chicken Salad Bowl—just one of the delicious choices that highlight the cafe’s commitment to quality and satisfaction. On a delightful find, Tom White enjoyed a falafel burger special that was coupled with well-cooked wedges, underscoring the cafe's dedication to variety and flavor.

While most reviews glow with enthusiasm, some guests have noted areas for improvement, particularly regarding service speed and decor. While hot drinks may take a bit longer to arrive, the friendly and attentive staff do their best to ensure a pleasant experience. With the warmth and kindness expressed by patrons, especially in the faces behind the counter, it’s evident that the Clock Tower Cafe is a labor of love.

For those who appreciate a good tea break, ClaireElizabeth Raw insists you won't find a better cream scone in all of Yorkshire. And if you're out for a walk, as Simon Smith discovered during his visit, the cafe is spotless and offers beautiful views, making it the perfect spot to recharge while enjoying the region's natural beauty.

Clock Tower Cafe effortlessly melds a friendly atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. It's a gem in Bridlington where every customer is welcomed with a smile and leaves satisfied. Visit to experience comfort food, a soothing brew, and community spirit that makes this café a beloved local haunt.

Really reasonable pricing and food was lovely. Had a delicious falafel burger as a daily special, and the wedges were very good, with quick hot food delivery Outside seating great on sunny day with lots of flowers. Service was quite slow, especially hot drinks, and they'd run out of sandwiches. Also indoors was lacking decor - just white walls, no pictures.

Visited before the end of March and knowing that the Sewerby House was closed hadn't expected what turned out to be a full range of drinks and food on offer. We had a good coffee and two slices of tray bakes, all was very good.

Stopped in here for lunch whilst walking. Cafe spotless with nice views. Had a posh coffee , usual price, not cheap but good coffee and jacket potato (generous filling) then a fresh scone jam and cream. Ladies behind till were delightful. One her first day but very patient with my discount card and whatnot. Could do with a bit of music or radio whilst waiting. Overall good visit.
